Lone Star Institute of Taekwondo is a proud member of the Texas Karate League, Texas State Taekwondo Association, and USA Taekwondo.

LSIT students and instructors compete regularly in local, state, and national competitions in both poomsae (forms) and gyoroogi (sparring).
